Rose Water Treatment for your Burning eyes.


Most often we forget to in our busy schedule to give nourishment for the most important organs of our body.Am sure by now all of you thinking that do it require to nourish eyes when they can do it them self. 
Yes even thou our natural system take care of our eyes its important that we go one step further and do some basic nourishment for our eyes to be healthy for long run in our life.


Lets find How easy we can do this .
Steps:

  • Pour running water on your face and eyes with your hands do atleast 10 times
  • Wipe it with clean warm or normal towel 
  • Take a small bowl pour some rose water in it
  • Take 2 peace of cotton and tap it with your tumb to make a flat bed which can cover your eyes completely 
  • Now dip that cotton in rose water ( Make sure Rose water is chill ) before use.
  • Take that dip cotton and keep in your eyes . make sure you are flat on bed .
  • do as many times possible but Rose water has to be chilled .

Note: Things to be remember
  1. Always rose water has to be chill
  2. Allow some one to do it to get best result
  3. Try to sleep Immediate after this treatment.
  4. Never Mix anything with rose water
  5. Keep minimum lights during & after treatment.
Benefits of this Treatment is you will find your under eye dark circle will vanish slowly , you can do this treatment when ever you feel tired.Mostly helpful for people who work outside and in system.

In this section we will discuss about black salt and its benefits. And also we will try to understand it Ayurveda  features. 


Black salt is been taken from its fruit called  "HARAD" in Hindi and most of you must be thinking it must be black in color . Generally it is in light orange in color like that image ... now pls don ask then why its called black salt why not orange salt:) jokes apart. 

Mostly in Ayurveda medicine its been used for its extreme benefits ,If you read my article you will understand generally i prefer black salt in place of regular salt  to keep my salad healthy and out of sodium. Because regular salt  is not so good for health, so next time you wanted to use salt in any fruit  salad or veg salad use black salt not  sodium salt.


Health benefits of black salt:
Black salt is cooling spices used in ayur vedic to keep your digestive system clean and healthy
Black salt helps in clearing your constipation problem
Black salt helps in heartburn & intestinal gas problem
High blood pressure patients can use black salt bec its lower in sodium, but very minimum and that to after doctor advice strictly.
Black salt very commonly used in north part of india to help them digestion during peak summer .
When ever you prepare Buttermilk add a bit black salt rather then regular salt it health benefits double.
If u feel vomiting take a lemon cut in to 2 sprinkle black salt on it and chew for mins you will find relax in vomiting and it sensation too.




Note: To much use of this salt can lead to Loose motion so use it till u can balance.

Grated Salad| Cabbage & Carrot Salad| Fresh Salads|

 Restaurant type Grated Cabbage & Carrot Salad - A very colorful salad to try : Vegetarian  


There are 1000 of benefits of having salad during every meal it help us to supply nutriutions to our body specially during summer, it also help us to stay cool because of it nature. so let me tell you how to prepare a fresh and easy healthy cabbage & Carrot salad in minutes.

Ingredients:
  • Grated Cabbage---- 1 big size
  • Grated Carrots -----4 nos
  • Lemon ---- 1 full
  • black salt --- you must always use black salt for salad 
  • Coriander --- a bit properly chopped
  • Pudina ---- A bit fine chopped
  • Cumin seeds powder---- half tsp
  • Olive oil optional 
  • Panner thick grated optional (good source for protein)

Serving 4 to 6 people
Stands for 24 hours

Utensils--- A big glass bowl --- Mixture table spoon --- grating machine ---- Knife--- Plates---- 

Methods: take a bowl add grated cabbage & Carrot ----add salt--add lemon juice---cumin powder----mix well----now add coriander ,Pudina, mix well until you feel its mixed ---- now if u want add optional item or you can keep in freezer for 15 min to taste heaven.

Serve with:
  • Toasted Bread & butter {break fast}
  • Along with food {Lunch or dinner}

Pani Poori in two minutes| Pani pori Recipe| simple pani pori

Pani pori Recipe- for Sunday special.


Ingredients- 

  • Pani pori powder (from local grocery shop) 2tbsp
  • sugar -- as per taste
  • cumin seeds powder--- 1tsp
  • ginger paste---- Half tsp
  • Coriander & pudina paste -- 2 tsp
  • Ready made pani pori packet 
  • ice cubes
  • black salt or normal salt as per choice --- As per taste
  • Lemon or tamarind water to add taste optional


Utensils Required:
  • Big Glass bowl to prepare pani pori water
  • 1 Big table spoon for mixing
  • 4 serving plates 
  • 4 serving bowl
  • Drainer 

Optional ingredients : to fill pori 
  • onions small pieces 
  • thin mixture
  • chat masala
Mix all this add ketchup if u love;


Steps for preparations.

Take a bowl and add 1 liter of chill water -----Now add 2tbsp of Pani pori masala and mix well until it properly dissolve in water----add Ginger & Coriander,Pudina paste and mix well again----now add sugar ,cumin seeds powder ----add cubes to keep cool the mixture to allow aroma to spread----finally add Salt ---Make sure you add salt slow and check every time you add to get proper taste----Now mix well until everything properly dissolve..Simple pani pori water ready keep in deep freezer to add taste and take only while serving.you can add lemon while serving not before that to avoid bitterness. 

Pani pori  filler masala :need to be filled during pani pori serving;


Serving tips:

Take a plate and take min 6 pori in keep in round circle break from top slowly and fill pani pori filler which we prepared before water ----Now take a serving bowl and add  pani pori water ---now serve this to your family & other members.

Important :
  • This pani pori recipe is designed in such a way so you don struggle to get things from market, most of the things you always have it at home and still taste best.
  • Make sure pani pori packet is fresh.
  • You can use filter to filter the pani pori water from it masala --most of shop does this --but u can still use it without filter as per your choice.
  • This water can be used 24hours

Pav Bhaji Recipe:) specially for working women

Pav Bhaji Recipe:)

There are so many ways to try pav  bhaji but am posting this recipe specially for working women!!!

Ok so here i go with the recipe...

Ingredients: Serves 4 to 6 members. 

Preparation time half hour
Utensils Required- Kadai- ---1tsp- a table spoon-- plates------ glass bowl--- knife--cooker----masher---- water jug---- 

Particluars Quantity  instruction
cali flower 500 gm cut medium pc
potato 3 nos cut medium pc
 green freshpeas 150gm
cabbage small 150 gm sheddered
carrot 100 gm  cut small
beetroot 100 gm  cut small
Green chilli 2 nos cut medium pc
Onion  4-5 nos very very small pc
tomato 4 nos medium pc
redchilly powder 1 tsp Nil
dhaniya powder 1tsp Nil
turmeric powder half tsp Nil
cumin seeds 1tsp Nil
Garam masala rqd amt Nil
Salt rqd amt Nil
Capcicum         2 Big      Medium size



Steps 1:

 Pressure cook all this items given below with 500gm water (min 4 whistle) after this allow it to cool down

  • Cali flower
  • potato
  • green fresh peas
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Beetroot
  • Green chilly

Step 2:

Take a kadai add butter let it get piping Hot ---
Now add Hing (   Asafoetida ) then add cumin seeds now add those onions & capcicum---
allow onion to get semi red color --make sure your gas @ medium---also sprinkle a bit salt --
keep sauteing--- mean while open the pressure cooker and mash those vegetables with masher if it too thick add water and make sure it is in semi thick ---
Now add tomato to same kadai after 1min add all powder----- red chilly--dhaniya---tumeric----salt ----wait no garam masala   we will add that later--- keep sauteing in kadai--- now add those mash veg in to kadai--- mix well----- 2 min later add Garam masala-----add grated Kotamalli(coriander)----and now move your gas to very low ----close with lid--- allow it to cook n allow its aroma to mix well with dish --- now take bread -- or pav----take tawa--- put some ghee ---put that bhaji 1tsp on tawa and now rotate pav on tawa allowing it masala to mix with pav..


Serving tips:

take a glass bowl add bhaji from kadai 
sprinkle butter ,kothamalli, onion , and a small cube of lemon 

Now take that semi roasted pav keep that in plate & serve with tsp.

Have u heard about treadmill?Then read this.

If u can just do 30 to 45 mins daily treadmill on avg 4 speed level so will be able to maintain your weight no matter how much u eat n wat you eat, just make sure u do it at least thrice to start of with and slowly increase the number of week days..

Things to Remember:
Remember any thing is to much is waste to the body so do minimum and do it regular.

Wear proper Comfortable shoes & dress for Treadmill not so tight Neither to xtra large.

Drink glucose can give u xtra mileage on ur treadmill.

don sweat on machine keep cloth to wipe your sweat when ever u feel ,bec that can spoil the treadmill running surface belt.

Do this if Possible:

Drink hot water while jogging

Keep as much fresh air can circulate in your gym room if not fix a AC n don forget to use soothing room freshener,.
