Have u heard about treadmill?Then read this.

If u can just do 30 to 45 mins daily treadmill on avg 4 speed level so will be able to maintain your weight no matter how much u eat n wat you eat, just make sure u do it at least thrice to start of with and slowly increase the number of week days..

Things to Remember:
Remember any thing is to much is waste to the body so do minimum and do it regular.

Wear proper Comfortable shoes & dress for Treadmill not so tight Neither to xtra large.

Drink glucose can give u xtra mileage on ur treadmill.

don sweat on machine keep cloth to wipe your sweat when ever u feel ,bec that can spoil the treadmill running surface belt.

Do this if Possible:

Drink hot water while jogging

Keep as much fresh air can circulate in your gym room if not fix a AC n don forget to use soothing room freshener,.
